不純極まるとピュアになる

When it becomes extremely impure, it becomes pure.

I was born here in Oga, and I think I was interested in fashion from around the fourth grade of elementary school.

When I was in elementary school, I saved up a little bit of the pocket money I received every month.
``Six months from now, on what month and day, let's get on the train and go to the city.'' I would take a one-hour train ride with some friends to Akita city.
Are you from Oga who was struck by the idea of "going to the city"? I wonder if it will be.

That being said, I saved up a few months' worth of pocket money and went to FORUS (now OPA), a fashion building in front of Akita Station, which was the only thing I looked forward to.

Perhaps because of that, I wanted to attend FORUS, so I ended up enrolling at Akita Technical College.
(My junior high school teacher told me that I would never be able to get into Akita Industrial with my academic ability lol)

However, due to the strength of my extremely impure thoughts, ``I want to go out in front of the station and be a model!'' (meaning, ``I want to be popular by going out in front of Akita Station in a fashionable manner''), I studied hard and managed to get in. It's done.

"If you become extremely impure, you will not turn into super pure"

In my life, I have always been involved in clothes for the seemingly impure reason of wanting to be popular, but when I realized that, the impurity (regardless of whether it was impure or not) had been stripped away and I was still able to wear clothes that I liked. I'm getting involved and being kept alive lol

Back to the story...

At that time (the 1990s), there were shops selling domestic brands and select shops selling Antwerp brands in front of Akita Station, and there were young people wandering around in front of Akita Station wearing strange outfits that would be unimaginable in front of Akita Station today. We were hanging out in front of the station.
(I'm sure it's us lol)

There were usually around 40 people gathered in front of the station. . I'm so sorry. .

I think the fashion magazine industry was also thriving, with magazines like FRUiTS, zipper, men's nonno, and BOON.
At that time, I think there was a division between the kids who dressed in super eccentric styles and the so-called Urahara-type who were known as Nowear. (big splash)
I found an interesting article on that topic, so I'll post it here.
Even when I look at it now, it makes my heart flutter (I'm so old)

Our group wasn't this stylish, cool group, it was a quirky group.
I was hanging out with people like the ones in the photo.

It's amazing to see it now. .

But now I'm thinking that we may have lived in a time when fashion was really fun.
It's very emotional to think that we are here now after going through this era.

Well, the theme this time is

It would be wonderful if everyone could live their lives happily and doing things with the energy of "like" ^ - ^

That's what I was talking about ^ ^
See you soon.
